Marcelle Cooper
Marcelle Cooper is a business psychologist and coach (BA Psychology; BA(Hons) Psychology; MSc Business Psychology, Chartered member of the British Psychological Society (CPsychol) and the division of coaching psychology). She has 20 years experience in the field of business psychology spanning a broad range of global industry sectors such as banking, legal, engineering, infrastructure, technology and consumer goods.
Her passion lies in human behaviour; she approaches each individual with a fascination to see the world from their perspective, identifying each element of their unique make-up and translating these into the building blocks of performance. Shedding light on peoples' unique differences and how these can be harnessed to build diverse and innovative teams and identifying interdependent skills in order to amplify their magnitude when it makes business sense to do so.
Her particular area of specialism and interest falls within the people leadership space; what differentiates inspirational leaders that are able to navigate and steer people through an increasingly complex and competitive landscape, and how we can learn from them. ​

Kim Atherton
Kim Atherton is Chartered Psychologist (BSc Psychology; MSc Occupational Psychology; CPsychol). She specialises in leadership development and organisational effectiveness, with particular expertise in venture-backed businesses. She combines deep psychological expertise with first-hand experience scaling a unicorn startup and founding a successful venture-backed B2B SaaS company.
After eight years leading C-suite assessment and development programmes at a leading Human Capital Consultancy, Kim served as Chief People Officer at OVO Energy, scaling the organisation from 50 to 2,000 employees and achieving unicorn status. She subsequently founded and successfully exited Just3Things, a venture-backed goal-setting platform used by NatWest Group and Deloitte. Today, she specialises in helping businesses optimise their talent and leadership capabilities through psychological assessment, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness.

Troy Jensen
Troy Jensen is a Certified Business Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience consulting to clients across multiple geographies and sectors. He has a particular focus on leveraging the underpinnings of leadership capability in assessing, developing and coaching senior executives.

His clientele ranges from Senior Manager to Board level, having worked in over 25 countries with leaders from over 40 countries. Whilst having worked with many of the worlds’ largest financial services organisations he has also consulted across many other sectors.

His coaching experience includes working with Board and C-Suite level executives, as well as senior level managers. Having built his knowledge of multiple coaching models he is able to bring numerous possibilities for enhanced performance to a broad range of individuals. He has published research on ‘High Flyers’, delivering his research to the annual British Psychological Society’s Occupational Psychology Conference.

Troy spent the early part of his career undertaking regulatory management roles in the telecommunications industry. He continued within the telecommunications sector, initially in HR, before managing the successful start-up of an Internet Service Provider and participating in the Executive Leadership Team of a US-based mid-sized owner managed business where he is also a member of the Board of Directors.
